These terms, and any legal matter relating to ELISA, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The parties submit to the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer rules apply.

Clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment decisions, design validation, fitting and patient follow-up remain the responsibility of the qualified professional or organization using the platform.
