This policy explains what personal data we process, for what purposes and what your rights are.

We process identification and professional data of the user who registers (name, email, clinic, role, billing details) and technical usage data (logs, device, IP).
Patient data (scans, STL files, internal references) is the responsibility of the client clinic. ELISA acts as data processor under the Data Processing Agreement.

Billing and contract management.
Customer support.
Comply with legal obligations.
Improve the service through aggregated and anonymized data.
Performance of the subscription contract.
Compliance with legal obligations (billing, tax).
Legitimate interest of the controller to improve the service.
User consent where applicable (analytics cookies, commercial communications).
Data is kept while the contract is active and during the applicable legal periods after termination.
Patient data uploaded by the clinic is kept according to the retention policy the clinic configures.
Data hosted on European infrastructure (EU-only residency).
Usual sub-processors: Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payment processing), transactional email provider.
No transfers outside the UK without adequate safeguards under the UK GDPR.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to processing, request restriction, port your data and withdraw consent where applicable.
To exercise these rights, write to support@elisa.care indicating which right you exercise.
If you believe processing breaches the regulation, you may file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, ICO).
ELISA is a professional digital design platform. ELISA does not diagnose diseases, prescribe treatment or replace qualified healthcare professionals. Clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment decisions, design validation, fitting and patient follow-up remain the responsibility of the qualified professional or organization using the platform.
