This policy describes how you can cancel your subscription and in which cases you can request a refund.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing panel.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until that date.
By default we do not refund amounts already charged for ongoing periods.
If you believe a charge was unjustified, write to support@elisa.care and we'll review your case individually.
Where required by UK law (e.g. cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, where applicable), we'll apply the statutory terms.
Print-on-demand orders are personalized and cannot be canceled once production has started.
If you receive a defective pair, contact us within 14 days for a remedy (reprint or partial refund).
Email support@elisa.care with the reason, charge date and invoice ID. We respond within 5 business days.
ELISA is a professional digital design platform. ELISA does not diagnose diseases, prescribe treatment or replace qualified healthcare professionals. Clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment decisions, design validation, fitting and patient follow-up remain the responsibility of the qualified professional or organization using the platform.
