What you need to know before starting

Platform & usage

• Do I need an iPhone to use ELISA?

  No. You can work exclusively from the web platform by uploading your own STL files from any external 3D scanner. The price is the same.

• How long does generation take?

  Generation is nearly instant (seconds). The bottleneck is usually the patient scan time or clinical review of the design.

• Can I invite multiple users?

  Yes, depending on your plan. Starter includes 1 user, Professional up to 3 and Clinic up to 10. Enterprise is negotiated.

Plans & billing

• What happens if I run out of monthly generations?

  You can keep generating by paying for extra generations ($5 to $12 depending on plan), or upgrade to a higher plan at any time.

• Can I cancel any time?

  Yes. Change plans or cancel your subscription from the billing panel at any time.

• How is billing handled?

  Stripe handles recurring billing. You get official invoices downloadable from the Customer Portal.

Printing & files

• Does the plan include physical printing?

  No. The subscription includes digital generation and file management. Physical printing is optional and quoted separately at $150 per pair.

• Can I download the STL and print it myself?

  Yes. Every plan includes a print-ready STL download with left and right insoles in a single ZIP.

• Which 3D printers are compatible?

  Any professional 3D printer that accepts STL. We recommend SLS or MJF technologies for the best lattice finish.

Data & responsibility

• Who is responsible for clinical validation?

  The professional or organization using the platform. ELISA is a digital design platform and does not replace clinical judgment.

• Do you sign a DPA?

  Yes. We have a standard Data Processing Agreement available for clinics and labs.

• Where is the data stored?

  On European infrastructure (EU-only residency). Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
