Advantages of uploading STL files from external scanners

Not every clinic needs to swap scanners to start generating custom 3D insoles. If you already own equipment that exports standard STL, you can join the digital workflow without spending a euro on hardware.

Universal compatibility

ELISA accepts binary or ASCII STL from any scanner on the market: 3Shape, EnvisionTEC, Sense, Structure Sensor, repurposed dental scanners, etc. The only condition is that the mesh covers the entire foot sole.

No workflow recalibration

You keep scanning exactly as you do today. The only difference is where the file goes: instead of your current CAD/CAM software, you upload to ELISA and get the parametric design back in seconds.

Same price as with iPhone

The ELISA subscription doesn't change whether you use the iPhone app or only upload external STL. We don't penalize anyone who already has hardware invested.
