Sports insoles
Custom sport insoles for running, trail and CrossFit

Sport insoles aren't medical insoles painted differently. Each discipline asks for a different load distribution, a specific cushioning level and reinforcements in the zones that take the most punishment.
Road running
Heel with lateral cushioning, arch with medium-firm support, metatarsal zone free of obstacles. The repetitive cadence asks for a balanced lattice geometry that avoids pressure peaks.
Trail running
Lateral and medial reinforcement for stability on uneven terrain, stiffer heel to respond to downhill impact, forefoot with good grip. The insole works with the shoe midsole, not against it.
CrossFit and strength
Rigid base with minimal cushioning: the athlete needs to transmit power to the ground without loss. Firm heel for squats and deadlifts; forefoot with support for jumps.
- Design with the athlete's competition calendar in mind
- Iterate heel stiffness if discomfort appears on downhill
- Per-zone reinforcement, not global
- Materials: TPU for cushioning, rigid polymers for power transfer
